Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday: 9.00 - 18:00.

Orders made during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed from the following Monday morning. Orders made during public holidays will be processed on the first working day.

Shipping times refer to business days only.

We do not ship on weekends or during bank holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, but rest assured we are working our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@the8711store.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared or on the way.

We deliver worldwide. 

ALL OUR ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS).

ONCE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED, IT IS THEN HANDED OFF TO THE DESIGNATED CARRIER FOR DELIVERY. 

YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED.

DUTIES AND TAXES MAY VARY AND ARE NOT COVERED BY 8711 AGENCY.

Returns

Item returns will only be accepted and refunded after the items have been checked to ensure they are received in their original condition, with tags. 

Items can be returned within 14 working days after receipt.

THE 8711 STORE is not held responsible for return labels and fees.
